Fine Dining, a local restaurant, has come up with a solution to an all too common problem after receiving multiple complaints from customers about the lengthy waiting period between ordering food and having it brought to them. Fine Dining customers have recently been encouraged to arrive at the restaurant and order their food a few hours before they are hungry, so that their food will actually be prepared when they are ready to eat. The genius behind this idea is Melissa Jones, the owner of Fine Dining. Jones told us all about it during an interview.

“I truly value my customers, and I want them to have a pleasant dining experience at my restaurant,” Jones says. “So when complaints started coming in, I knew I had to do something about it. I began to rack my brain, trying to think of options that would satisfy the customers. I finally decided that simply having customers arrive at the restaurant and order before they are actually ready for their meal would be the best solution.”

And according to the latest reviews customers have been leaving, Jones’s idea was a success. We asked a few frequent flyers at Fine Dining what they thought of this new food-serving strategy.

“Every Friday, after school gets out, I bring my kids here,” said Mrs. Bert, a mother of two. “It really is amazing, because I can take the time to make sure the kids get their homework done, and all the while someone else is making dinner!”

“I absolutely love this idea,” we were told by a Mr. Owens. “I wish more restaurants would do the same!”

And we, here at the Moesburg Times, give this marvelous idea 5 stars.
